Hot
on the heels of Kate Nash and Lily Allen, is south Londoner,
Adele.
At
the tender age of 19, she has already received approval from
Jools Holland, and has recently worked with Mark Ronson, while
supporting Jack Penate on his recent tour.
He
influences range from Ella Fitzgerald and Eva Cassidy to Billy
Bragg and the Cure, her sound is rich and soulful with a bit of
roughness around the edges. Not only is she blessed with a
seductive and powerful voice, but the talent to write her own
lyrics which come from her experiences of love and life as a
nineteen year old! |
